Our Oyster Knife, known as Kakimuki in Japanese, is made by hand and features a traditional design and stainless steel blade.
Tip broke on the first day of use, but that could be user error or the fact that Louisiana are like rocks sometimes
This knife does a great job until it breaks. Shucked oysters with ease and efficiency for a few days before the tip broke off while shucking. I bought it for restaurant use, and the metal doesn't seem to be heavy-duty enough for that.
