This Japanese made ‘oroshigane’ grater is an essential tool for any kitchen. These simple stainless steel graters are an excellent tool for grating wasabi, ginger, garlic, radishes, yams and more. Teeth on the front side of the grater grate to a fine mince and the teeth on the back side grate to a puree. Due to the design of the teeth, the grater rinses clean and is also dishwasher safe.
