Glestain knives are instantly recognizable by their distinctive ‘scalloped’ appearance and are renowned for their superior performance. Manufactured with Glestain’s proprietary blend of Acuto steel and put through a sub-zero tempering process, Glestain knives are tough, sharp and hold a great edge. The scalloped ‘dimples’ on the blade prevent food from sticking during prep work and make for fast work chopping.

  • Handwash in warm water and towel dry
  • Do not cut frozen foods
