With a Silver 3 steel core and Ginsan stain-resistant cladding, this line is hand forged by Master Craftsman Suogo Yamatsuka in Sakai. Octagonal ebony handles and water buffalo ferrules provide a comfortable non-slip grip. These beautifully crafted knives have excellent edge retention, balance and superior fit and finish.
