Probably the best piece stainless steel item I have ever held. The sheen and the feel is exemplary. Cleaning things off of it is such a breeze. I use it quite a lot when I have to prep my stuff for juicing.

Love using these resting racks. I also stick them in the oven and they seem to hold up just fine. I really like the size, not too big and easy to cleanup. Most American racks I find are a too big for me to just stick in the dishwasher or just a pain to handle.
