Misono’s top of the line, the UX10 is one of the best hybrid knives available.  Sub zero treated Swedish steel gives long lasting edge life, durability and a razor sharp edge. The angled silver nickel bolster balances the knife and the curved wooden handle fit comfortably and snugly the hand. Each knife is hand sharpened on a combination of water stones and checked to ensure they meet Misono’s exacting standards.
