Every aspect of the production process of Tanaka knives is done by hand in Miki, Japan - the forging, the handling, and the final sharpening. The SG2 Damascus steel in this line is an extremely hard stain resistant steel at HRC 64, meaning these knives will hold an incredibly sharp edge for a very long time. Very limited production means each knife is carefully and painstakingly crafted to create a knife of beauty which is a true pleasure to use.

Use & Care

  • Handwash in warm water and towel dry
  • Do not cut frozen foods
