Kanetsune’s KC100 series are layered Damascus, crafted out of 33 layer Japanese steel. The cutting core is VG10, one of the best steels for a long lasting edge, and each knife is sub- zero treated for strength, hardness and durability. In addition to the razor sharp edge, each blade boasts a unique swirling pattern, which occurs naturally when the steel is folded into layers.

Use & Care
- Handwash in warm water and towel dry
- Do not cut frozen foods
